HALF WAY THERE!!!

Wow what a ride it's been so far...so many things have come to light and so many lessons have been learned. It's truly humbling.

Knowing my mind-

This hits home for me in such an immense way. I work so hard at this one. This is something that I truly have to Let Go and Let God do. It's really hard. I will be trying the chart and taking all of the negative things that have hindered my life and my thoughts for so long removed. Satan won a bunch of previous little battles...but this war will be won by my Savior. God has been so good to me and I've been such an ingrate. I've carried all of this stuff with me for so long...I'll be 30 in a couple of weeks and I've wasted so much time on "stuff", holding on to things that God wants me to let go of.

I didn't realize how my thoughts affected my spiritual growth. I thought "Hey, I love God, I believe in God, when I'm in church I praise God, I'm good to go" then as soon as I step foot out of that church, I'm thinking things I shouldn't be thinking, saying things I shouldn't be saying, etc...This exercise will help alot. I just have to keep at it and keep praying...and do it all for Him.

Love and Blessings,

hey sis...its so sad...how we let the enemy and even our own thoughts tell us who we are. what we believe we are is what we become..even if only in our minds. Once we grasp the truth that we ARE children of God, forgiven by Grace, a friend to Jesus, wow!!!! casting down imaginations...taking all thoughts captive and replacing them what the Lord says we are and who He sees us as.........its freeing and life giving. Yep, we are gonna fall..no one is good..but! we are saved by Grace by a God who loves us unconditionally and wants nothing more than for us to live our lives loving Him and others the way He planned.

Love you, girl...just keep goin!

in Jesus,
love momo

I'm finding I need to keep at it, all the time. And this is depending on You, God, to keep me so things don't keep coming to trash up my mind. I thank *You* for however You have me doing better in better calmness and humbly caring, instead of just trying to show how great I am.

I guess we can be wanting to be controlling over other people, and this can have us accepting all sorts of issues and thoughts so we can be dealing with these, ourselves. At least I do, in my mind, at least. I think of

"nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3)

So I should be encouraging people, instead of trying to show myself to be so great and impressive. I'm glad to be finding myself more and more with others who are kind and caring and with good counsel to share . . . like you others, here, sharing and helping and encouraging, and my church people who are able to share well about trusting God, are showing me how to love, and supporting me . . .

I'm not alone > ooh, I see a connection > if I'm into being alone so great,

I then might find myself feeling so alone in trouble *Doh* :)
