Feeling Good

This forum is for those souls 18 years and older who are dealing with some type of addictive behavior whether it be from alcohol, drugs, overeating, fear, worry, sex, etc. Only with help and guidance from God can we ever hope to overcome these addictions. What is impossible for us to do IS POSSIBLE with God. Friends and family of those stricken with addictions are welcome to share as this problem affects more than just the soul entangled in its web.

Feeling Good

I know you guys haven't seen me in a while. Just posting an update. I am happy to report that it has been about 2 or 3 weeks since I have "fallen". Satan still tries though. I had to fight off some very strong temptations today. Thankfully, through Christ, I was successful. While I have not been able to keep Satan from putting images into my mind, he has not been able to drag me back into this awful sin -- at least for the time being. It is such an empowering feeling to struggle with that much temptation and desire and be able to turn away from it.
