Day 11 - Trials and Tribulations

Postby splash » Mon Mar 23, 2009 10:03 pm

I thank God for everything that i've been through in my life because it's all made me who I am today and all made me cry out to him and fall on my knees at His feet.

Ok, I confess i saw the title of the lesson tonight and skimmed through... and i'm getting back to praise and worship.... I'm lookin up not back so ... why go there?

That's where I need to be

Day 11 - Peace

Postby splash » Tue Mar 24, 2009 5:49 pm

Colossians 3:15
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Wonderful collection of scriptures in today's lesson ... it can be difficult to know peace in the midst of the storm yet.... that's when we need it the most

I'll keep on thanking and praising God... I have to keep my focus...

He who began a good work in me will be faithful to complete it

Yes sis sometimes it's difficult to feel the peace in the storm, but that's why you have to keep your gaze on Jesus at all times, not even blinking, just gazing. God is working on you sis, and as you said, He will complete what He has began. He loves you so very much splash. He is faithful to those who love Him in return.

luv ya sis

Exactly sis, it's always alright when you got Jesus by your side. He makes everything better, and He is why we push past the old and bring in the NEW love. That LIGHT is shining sis...brighter than ever in you.

Day 13 - My Turn

Postby splash » Wed Mar 25, 2009 3:31 pm

I need prayer for how to help some people in my personal life who haven't come to me with the truth of their suffering from their past.

I can't break confidence... I'm not supposed to know.

It's easier to counsel strangers.

Please pray for God's wisdom in this for me.

Love ya,

Splashi
