7 (at last) !
The reason I put a dash b 4 7 is that I ended up "skipping" a day (but not a step) yesterday 4 tech. & other reasons AGAIN ! But then again, was't it said "On the 7th day he rested" , hey. a poor exuse is better than none right? (why am I explaning myself?).
Boy, what a difference a day makes, reading thru the step, came to realize that tho I knu the meaning of "renew your mind" but somehow the DAILY part aluded me.
Another was that even tho I was 4 ever fighting neg. thaughts, beliefs and influences without having any thing to fight with except the same taughts that caused them to begin with ! sorta like fighting fire w fire.
nothing to countract. well renewing my mind TODAY , I have a BodyGuard w me at all times which is the Word of God that became God that entered into vahn's heart thru his thick brain, and if He can penetrate that thickness who can stand against me !
It's the TRUTH that will set you free vahn, not you. (What a concept huh)
Was listening to radio ( christian) one day, & the interview was w a former FBI, expert in counterfiet , not being too smart I called the station asking him, "u mean to tell me that u have to examin all the phonies that are out there ? " He said "nope, all u have to do is KNOW the real one then you'll spot the phony when u see it"
Yes, satan and all his works, are nothing but phonies all I have to do is KNOW the TRUTH and only by doing so, will I be able to recognize the phony and now I have AMMUNITION to fight with.

Vahn you are such a blessing. I'm so glad the Lord has brought you to the Oasis.

You are exactly right. When we have the Truth in us, then the Lies are easily picked out. Sorta like the parable of the tare. How the tare will be easily sorted. When we have the power of God working in us, He does the sorting of the lies for us. It's just that we have to let Him do this, and not try and do this ourselves. Often this is where we mess up. We think we see the lie being presented, when in reality we are just seeing the "coverup" of the real LIE!! Allowing God to discern, is always the best way.

So halfway through the steps and look at you. Can't wait to see how the next half of this pathway goes for you. The journey is still in the early stages, as of course the journey continues for a lifetime, but it gets better and better with each new pathway.

Tanks 4 ur rply childscry , dont blame urself being hard, some situations or things are hard to take anyway w/o u having to do anything w/it, the thing is not to make it any harder than it already is.
the trick I learnt is this, u cant think of two things at the same time simultanusely, so when prob presents itself, the more i look at it the harder it gets to get out of it, but if I was to turn to God instead I'm not thinking of the problem, I'm thinking of GOD,no problem there !
