Day 4

Hmm, let's see. I need to forgive my uncle for the abuse he put me through for 10 years. I need to forgive my aunt for taking his side and basically calling me a liar when my uncle was confronted. I need to forgive my mom (who's dead now) for all of her verbal abuse, and for her seeming to care more for my aunt's feelings than mine when I told her what my uncle had done.
I need to forgive myself for 'allowing' the abuse from my uncle to continue even after I legally became an adult. (I know I couldn't help it, and that it wasn't my fault, but I still feel guilty.) I need to ask God's forgiveness, then forgive myself, for doubting His word during the time of Mom's verbal abuse.
I know there's more, but can't think of them right now.

If anyone would like to pray with me about these things, I'd greatly appreciate it.

loveiskind, I'm praying for you and your willingness to forgive. I know that if you would just lay it all in the Hands of Jesus, all the past pain and suffering, then things would be a little brighter for you. The burdens you are holding on to, are just bringing you down, and with this, you are inhibiting yourself to be able to enjoy the fullness of Life with Jesus. Let go and Let God sis.

luv ya
