I learned today to control my thoughts . To believe the truths not the lies . And that if I believe something negative is going to happen it probably will . I need to be more positive and Love the Lord , Read his word , and pray . One day at a time , One step at a time .

Reba, Satan loves to use his rotten lies against us. Trying to bring us down, but knowing Truth is the Way and much stronger than Satan's lies, is what gives Strength. Keep reading the Word, as there is much more strength in Knowledge, and with that just remember this verse: I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me. Phil 4:13
