Today was a much better day. My challenge today was to renew my mind which I have trouble in doing so because I have been stuck in the past and the things I thought that were to be done one way actually should be done a different day. one example is that I thought if you gave all of yourself or as much of yourself to someone they would respond back to you like if you bent over backwards to show them how much you care they would act different or be different I thought I could change a person. In trying to renew my mind you shouldn't have to do things that would compromise your beliefs or go against what you know to be right just to receive someone's love or affection. I really appreciate these stepping stones to help me get through. There are a whole lot more things that I need to work through but I can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength to do so.
