Did a good portion of the study before work--really good, especially concerning "blaming" others rather than the devil. There was a lot covered in this lesson; I should probably read it again (and again), along with many of the studies listed. Had a great morning at the hospital, but came home totally worn out and am feeling emotionally drained too. But I enjoyed watching the finale of Dancing with the Stars and was thrilled with the results.
