step 2

Step 2 for me is a difficult step because it forces me to dig into the dark parts and "cultivate the weeds." Therefor I do not have much to say today as I will be alone with my thoughts. I already am feeling better about myself and my life and find great comfort in knowing that I am not alone. Praise the lord for being patient with me as I have not been patient with him. I love you lord.

Hey lostandempty :)

Yep the hardest thing to do is to dig in and start looking through the weeds to find the beautiful flowers left underneath. Often those nasty weeds entangle themselves around the root of the flowers and do their best to choke the life from them. But, the good thing is that once you identify a weed you can pull that bad boy out...and what is left is the beauty that has been wanting to break free. Just remember if you find a really big weed in there and you are having trouble pulling it out...go find Jesus and let Him pull that weed with you.

Take care
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
