Hey everyone I am having a hard time trying to love something that I hate that which is my life. I am not suicidial but cant shake this filling of not being wanted or loved. fill like an outcast in this huge world. HELP!

Welcome aboard the Oasis , glad to have you with us .

Upon reading your profile I came across this statement :

I am having alot of trouble just liking myself.

Well if we were to couple that statement with what you just wrote in this post , I would think the statement in your profile would be a good starting point as to finding out the reason of not liking your life , right ? .

The question I would ask myself before trying to tackle "what to do" is , "What is it that I would like to like about myself" .... let us not , at this moment , worry too much about the why I DONT "like" myself , or my life , let us see what is it that we would like to see what is it that I like to see .

There is a 14 day CCCC study here at the Oasis , that would certainly help weed out the things that I don't like . It had helped me and others , I'm sure you will find it helpful as well .

In the meanwhile , try to keep a positive outlook .

I would also recommend the study. It did wonders for me...finding peace and hope. God lead you here so come experience what He has to offer...you won't be disappointed with God if you seek Him with your whole heart...

Hi Singlemom, and welcome to the Oasis
I have been reading your post and just wanted to say I agree with the others of doing the study

And I wanted to say YOU ARE WANTED AND NO YOUR NOT ALONE! we will be here for you and most importantly
God is ALWAYS there, these feelings you are feeling is something a lot of us have went through or are going through as well so please know you are not alone
These feelings of not being wanted or loved or being the outcast.....are with NO doubt the devils tools to destroy us
he does this in our minds and it is so easy for us to allow him to take our minds over with this and then comes the real battle....surviving
I know this too well cause he has gotten into my mind and said those VERY SAME things he's telling you, I have good days but I have bad ones too but it is mostly because I allowed satan to play with my mind and tell me no one wants me and will never love me again, and now I struggle on those days I allow him to bring that crud to the surface, but when I can see it coming and go to the Lord and ask He wrap His loving arms around me and show me the blessings of this world and life.......most times I don't even realize it till later but those feelings never got the best of me.
In this study you will come across a part in it of truth or lies and when those lies come you MUST replace them with truth and by doing this satan gets smaller and smaller and smaller

I just wanted to reach out and let you know you are not alone and some of us are standing in that same trench RIGHT next to you.
