Day 11

It is day 11 but I finished stepping stone 8 today. My plan was to do 2 steps today but time didn’t permit. On day 8 (Posted as day 7 1/2) I redid step 7, On day 9 I went over steps 5 & 7 and focused mainly on anger. This is an area I need a lot of work on & God has been very busy with me on this topic! Day 10 was the 1st day I missed doing any step but I did learn something, I listened to some Christian music which helped me get thru a difficult day, & I didn’t fall back to any bad habits.

Brother John you are doing very well.

If you need to spend a few days on one step it's ok. Quality not quantity. Allow God to speak to you through the words you read and listen to His spirit not the inner self criticism. God is good and His yoke is easy. The negative inner voice is not from Him.
