Day 8

Well I don't know if I'm up for a 40-day challenge at this point--don't think I'm ready to do or not do something daily for 40 days. But I feel I'm making much progress doing what we've been doing so far. Today was a busy day; received some sad news that the hospital will be contracting out their gift shop, so volunteers will have to be placed elsewhere; and I really enjoyed volunteering in the gift shop :-( . I took a BIG step, or should I say I made a BIG purchase, to enhance my Christian music listening--I purchased an ipod touch. I'm excited that I'll be able to listen to both my music and Christian online stations as well (as I enjoy listening even while I'm sleeping). It was a busy day,so I'm ready to eat dinner and relax. God bless!

Just going thru some old posts I didn't read & noticed nobody ever posted a reply to this one. Just wanted to tell you you are loved & cared for deeply! Hope you find something else you like a the hospital.
