Hey so I'm new to the site. I talked to a lady int he chat room who said I should give the christian counseling stuff on here a try. I'm sort of confused and not sure what I'm suppose to do. I went to the page and it said something about a journal but what am I suppose to put int he journal? And then secondly is there anyone on here that has been through the fourteen day thing that would be willing to tell me how it work for them?

Welcome to Christianity Oasis. I glad you are checking out the Counseling Study -- a study that is broken down in 14 steps or days, in which the participants are encouraged to blog about each day's study and your thoughts about it. Hundreds of people have benefited greatly from this Study, myself included.

And welcome home, you will find some of the most helpful and loving people ever on here.
I had to edit this after writting it because I saw you have started a journal
As for what you put in the journal is totally up to you but know that you can share what you feel and NOT be judged and you can have it unlocked so others can post replies to you or locked so others can read but not reply, there are some others here that will add some more insight to this but when you are ready you do as you wish, that is the beauty here, you are free to do which ever way you are comfortable with.
If I may suggest looking at some of the other journals and you will see, say only what you want or feel you need to
or do as some have and pour your heart out it is totally your call but know that you ARE loved here and will not be judged no matter what you decide.
