Ron's Journal Day 5 and 6

Comepleted these steps the last two days.... and they have really, really helped.... I'm letting the garbage go, and taking time weeding out my mind of things.... and being careful to put good things in my mind, anything bad shows up... I just reject it right off the bat. or If it's something I need to deal with, I will take time to look at it before assuming it true or false, or if it needs my attention.

that's great Ron :) Just doing these days as well so it's really encouraging reading how you are going with it all. Praying for you as you weed and plant :)
