Many of my friends refer to me as "little Mary sunshine" because I try to portray positive attitudes. But I only do that because there is more than enough sadness and unhappiness in this world. My heart goes out to those of you who are struggling, suffering, and/or hurting. Try to look beyond the pains of today....of this world.

Today I'd like to share a few tidbits of "sunshine" with you.

Elizabeth Barrett Browning wrote "The music soars within the little lark, And the lark soars."

"We are all here for a spell, get all the good laughs you can." Will Rogers

"A good laugh is sunshine in a house." William Makepeace Thackerey.

Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today.
Hebrews 3:13a NIV

I hope some of these words have lifted the spirits of at least one person.

Thanks Sis. I think that this post was good timing as we draw near to the Holiday season. Yes, there is alot of sadness in this world today. But as you said, this time on earth we have draws near.
I read the Book of Philippians when my attitude and anxiety becomes negative. Paul endured prisons and beatings and kept a positive attitude throughout because He meditated on good thoughts and of things above. He lost all to gain that true peace and joy. He is now with our King.
Thank You for sharing with us. Luv Ya. Real.
