I don't know if it has been on ur news, but 29 miners were trapped in the Pike River Mine in NZ. Today there has been conformation that they r dead, after a second, unsurvivable explosion went through the mine earlier. One of the miners was only 17.

One of my classmates had an uncle trapped in the mine, please keep her and her family in your prayers, and also the families of the other miners.

Lord we ask that you be with this friend of pineapples and we pray that you bring comfort and healing to this family. We ask that you be with the families who have lost their loved ones, provide for them, care for them and may they feel your love and healing at this time. Lord God we seek Your comfort for the families of those who have lost their earthly life. Give those the strength to know that You know their pain and love them with all You are. Move in their life that they will know You are with them in all they are experiencing now.
