I feel blah. First of all....my allergies are giving me headaches and sinus pain. Second of all.....I feel I am going backward. well...I AM going backward. The devil is winning the last 2 days and I hate it. Im tired of being strong. And the hurt is back. I hate being sad. UGH!!!

Today on my path I learned about prayer. It is so powerful and I know I am not using it like I should. I HAVE to be more dilignet in my prayers...I need to pray more..and listen to the Spirit. I know that is my biggest problem. I do not spend quality time with God. I need it.....I want Him to give me peace...and joy. I will make time to spend with God.

Please pray that the desires of my heart will be to seek TRUTH...and not the lies that I believed fo r so long.

Hi sbennett...you said you are tired of being strong...and the hurt is back....why is this? Is it because you are being selfish and feel you have a right to be hurt? sbennett...God's way is to forgive...and to let go and let Him take it. You wouldn't have to be strong if you'd turn it over to God...as His grace is sufficient...and His strength is that of a rock...solid.

I believe a good relationship with God has to include a strong prayer life. Turning to God when situations get tough is so important. God needs you to make your requests known, and He needs you to thank Him and worship Him in your prayers. You will love prayer time...and make it part of your ongoing day.
