PATH journal - day 2
I can fully see the garden of my mind FULL of weeds. As I begin to pull them I will ask to be shown the truth of each lie that I believed. I guess it is easiest to pull the biggest ones first and then the smaller weeds will be revealed. One of the biggest ones is that I believed that I could step out of my values and think that somehow it could all be made better down the road. Opening my eyes and actually seeing all destruction that was wrapped inside that choice is overwhelming at best. As I pull these weekds out help me pray for the healing of those affected by those wrong choices.

beautifulness...pulling the weeds is an extremely important step..it looks like you have chosen a large weed to begin with...sometimes this may be more difficult than seeking out small ones...but just remember Jesus can remove all weeds...just ask Him to bring His weedeater over and begin helping...I assure you He'll come running.
Your doing well...keep moving forward.
Take care and God Bless

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

keep telling yourself....
Hi beautiful mess.... I am new to this site too, and it looks like we are going through our steps at the same time. I wanted to give you some advice that I have been using and it really seems to help. It sounds small, but anytime you start to think negatively about yourself or your choices, or anyone they have effected....say this....
He forgives, so I must forgive myself.
He loves me, so I need to love myself and love that he sees the best in me.
He ALLOWS us all to enter trials to learn something from them. Oh how I can't wait to begin the chapter of my life that He wanted me to be so prepared for so that I may cherish it with all my heart and soul.
Keep repeating those things...and eventually the TRUTH will weed out all the lies.
