Christianity Oasis Forum

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

The Kingdom of Heaven Spiritual Dynamic of Hearing

Postby saint701 » Sat Aug 14, 2010 11:20 am

Hello All,

*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

How is your hearing today? Some of the most dynamic spiritual teachings of the Bible have to do with our human ability to hear. For example, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, or a word from God. In other words, if we hear what God speaks to us, faith comes. If we do not hear what God speaks to us, faith is lost. If we have failed to hear what God has said to us, our faith is lost. Such begs the question, how do we get our faith in God back? We get our faith in God back by hearing what God has spoken to us.

Mark 4

[23] If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
[24] And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
[25] For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.
[26] And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

This is the day we are to go about teaching, preaching, and publishing the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven. We are doing this as a witness to all the world that God himself is coming again soon to set up His Kingdom here on earth. He is coming personally to see to it, that we, His children, do right according to His law of love. He is going to put down all earthly authority that is inharmonious with His way of doing things, and establish His love way. This is His planet, his creation.

Such is not about religion, but spirituality. Such is not about doubt, but rather faith in the word of God, believing it, and doing it. Such is the way into the Kingdom of Heaven. Are we hearing the good news about the Kingdom of Heaven? Such is being presented to us this day to revive our faith in God. God has spoken to us plainly in His Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God is love. God is light. He/she that loves, God is in them, and they are in God. Are we hearing the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven?

To those who hear more will be given. More what? Those that hear will be given more knowledge, more wisdom, more understanding, more faith, more love, more hope, more joy. The knowledge of God will grow all the more in us as we seek Him and His Kingdom
paying attention to hear all that Jesus has spoken to us.

Hear, oh Israel, the Lord is one. If we hear and do, when we see Him, we shall be like Him! Now that's good news!

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.

Hearing

Hello foreverHIs,

*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

Yes, we must decide what we believe. For me that is believing everything in the Bible, and listening on the inside for every confirmation of our understanding through that spirit He has given us.
