Understanding Passion as a Dynamic of Spirituality

Blessings!

Just as in aerodynamics there are characteristics of the body of an aircraft that affect the efficiency with which it moves through the air, there are dynamics of spirituality that enable us to take flight into the Kingdom of Heaven. Thus far we have discussed a willingness to suffer, pray, love, and forgive as dynamics of Kingdom spirituality. Today we will discuss the spiritual dynamic of passion.

In so doing the Passion of Christ Jesus our Lord immediately comes to mind. But such is not a spiritual dynamic we only remember each Good Friday or Easter Sunday, passion is the zeal of the Lord of Hosts that wells up in us each day for the work of the Kingdom of Heaven. The spiritual dynamic of passion is exemplified in us when we reach that growth point where we are able to say:

John.4

[34] Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. (KJV)Matt.4

[4] But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (KJV).

And understand that:

John.8

[31] Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

John.15

[7] If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

John.6

[29] Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.


The spiritual dynamic of passion is the love of God in action. We know the passion of Christ our Lord has grown in us when we wake each morning full of joy knowing our first Kingdom action of the day is going to be prayer. We are going to have the HIGH PRIVILEGE of entering into the presence of our Lord of Lord King of Kings Lord God Almighty Love Dad, and ask Him to direct and guide us in asking Him how it is on that day we are to go about HIS business of HIS working out HIS perfect will for His grace life to be accomplished though us to His glory on that day.

We have all heard that such passionate sons and daughters of our Lord of Lords King of Kings Lord God Almighty Love Dad are so heavenly minded that they can do no earthly good. But the truth of the matter is that these sons and daughters of the Lord of Hosts understand that on this earth no earthly good is done without the spiritual dynamic of passion operating in HIS life through them. For no work of even the sons and daughters of the Most High are good, only the work of God accomplished through His sons and daughters on this earth is good, and that working by His mighty power within them.

Such is accomplished through the spiritual dynamic of passion! Passion for the work of God, (the Kingdom of Heaven having come upon this earth through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ), is a grace gift of God that grows out of that Love of God nature He has created inside our innermost being, (heart), because first of all, we have seen the KING!
