Prayer request for my mom

Postby sandrad05 » Wed Jun 23, 2010 12:07 am

I have been up since last night with my mom she has been crying since last night. She can not tell me what is wrong only that she feels bad. She is will not let me leave her side she needs to hold my hand or lay her head on my chest. I do not know what is wrong i have up her meds trying to help her rest and bring her back down to a level of comfort but nothing is working she sleeps for about 30 mins right after i give her meds. If i am not sitting right beside he when she wakes she starts yelling for me and i am only in the recliner at the foot of her bed, when she sees me she said she thought i left her. she woke once and said she thought daddy was here rubbing her head and my daddy is dead. She is so confused about everything.
She needs peace of mind, but i do not know what is bothering her? She just crys and crys? Please prayer for her.

Her nurse is coming in in the morning she said she could come to night if the meds she up does not help.
Please pray for her peace of mind.

Love you all

Sandra my precious sister...the confusion comes from the cancer pushing on her brain...and my uncle was similiar in his time when it was coming to an end...your mom knows who you are...but she doesn't understand...the crying is from not necessarily pain...but the confusion...just be there for her best you can sis...and my prayers are definitely with you and her.

luv ya lots *hug*
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Thank you all for your support and prayers.
This morning i realized what the problem was she has been on zoloft since her bleed outs in the Brain. And because of it was given to her before the cancer hospice will not pay for it and said she does not need to be on it that they will use the drugs that are for her cancer only. And she should be fine. Well any body that has ever been on zoloft knows that you can not go cold turkey and she had not taken zoloft for three days. I called the hospice nurse and told her this is caused from her not being on the zoloft and they are purpose to be making her comfortable and suffer as little as possible. So she had to find away to put this med on her list of meds to take. Thank God when she got here she made the phone calls and had it approved. She is starting just to night to show signs of feeling better.
I believe that God through you all praying and me praying gave me the answer to what the problem was?

Praise God, for he good and merciful.
Thank you all again
I think i might get some sleep tonight whooo hooo

love you all
