My secretary of 5 years is leaving...she's moving away...she told me a bit ago...she's my friend...she's like family....I'm in tears writing this...hard to replace someone you spend every single day with for almost 5 years...she knows me almost as good as Jesus does...she's been there for me through a lot of things....I know God has another plan...everything happens for a reason...but my heart is broken.

Hi sis,

I am so sorry that your friend is moving away, but this does not have to be an end. You can always stay in contact through phone and i liked to in the past surprise some of my friends through the mail with small packages and such.

This may be a huge blessing for your friend in this move. Although you are hurting, it is not an end to the friendship you have built with her. Throw her a wonderful see you soon party and keep letting her know how much you aprreciate her.

luv ya both

Today was a day of downs and ups..my spirit is still really bruised and battered...just so hard to be positive...

Employees found out today my secretary is leaving...so many of them came in disappointed and upset that she was leaving...and of course they had to come talk to me privately about it cuz they don't won't her to go anymore than the rest of us. I contacted a staffing agency to send me some candidates and they sent over resumes and after going through them I told them to send 3 of them out. Well the first candidate showed up...and she was ok...the second one showed up and she was just awful...so by this time I was discouraged and told my secretary that she couldn't leave...of course she smiled...then the third one showed up and she seemed to be an excellent fit...so I hired her to start on Monday...Praise God...but it's a bittersweet fit..cuz I'm still going to miss my secretary. We have agreed to keep in touch though by e-mail as she is moving several 100 miles away.

Then I get home...and the enemy was done with me yet..he found another way to knock me in the head...getting so very tired...not sure how many more of these attacks I can take from him...just weary.

So down and up...down and up...my spirit remains in pain.

God got this situation as well sis. Keep moving forward and when these attacks keep coming, say "no way satan, you can throw anything you want at me but whatever you throw my way my God is bigger and i aint skeered of the dark when i have a built in flashlight! Get behind me in the name of Jesus"
