Well Here we are...Stepping into Day #3

Am I ready to pull those deep rooted weeds within me, I came across yesterday? The ones I let one of our dear sisters in on, told her how hurt and miserable I was and have been? YES I AM!!!

I Know and accept that I am and have been Saved By Gods Grace for most of my life...many times we 'unperfect humans' need to be reminded that this life we now live is NOT Ours, But HIS, it is NOT about Us, it is about Jesus and what His Will in our lives is...It is about the Lost, and the Hurting we come across (sometimes I see that person when I look in a mirror) We have been saved, we have been forgiven, we have been called to make known His Love, Grace and Mercy to those who have not yet met Him, maybe even those of our brothers and sisters who have fallen by the way and can't find His strength within them to get back up and dust off...
Thank You Lord, for being my strength, my savior, my first love and my Best Friend!
Thank You Lord for my Family in Christ who are here for me when I stumble, when I fall, when I need reminded that my life is no longer mine, but YOURS... Help me Lord to give my 'self' to You and remember to die daily to this 'self' within me that tries hard and at times succeeds to bring me down so low....Thank You Jesus for Standing with me even in the deepest darkest valleys in my life and the Mountain Tops...I Love You Father, my life, my love, my everything I give to you this moment, Your Precious Will be done in my life in all things....
and I ask You Dear God to help me guide my children as they search their own way in this dark and lonely world, be there Light, Their Salvation as you are mine
In Jesus name, I Pray
Amen

There you go Ditto I am so proud of you sis....

Pull them weeds out but be careful not to let any seedlings drop. God has your back on this. Keep pressing in sis

Just remember when you pull these weeds out...you have got to replace the empty spots with something....Put the word back in, use your music to help you along the way.
Love ya sis

The beauty of God's grace...awww we are so blessed aren't we sis?

I know this road is not an easy one for you...and things have felt much like a rollercoaster at times, but God is always solid, never changing...keep your eyes on Him...your Rock...and He will help to slow the ride where you can find a comfortable place in His arms.

Praying for you sis.

Ditto, sis...God bless you. You know as well as i do that the enemy hits us where it hurts the most. But remember, those seeds planted in the lives of your children are still there. We never know when God is going to reach into their souls and cause one of those seeds to spring up.

Those things you hold on to..the guilt..the fear, time to let them go. They dont belong to you..God has always known how human we are. He knew every step we were going to make long before we made them and made a plan for every situation and every mistake. Hold on to the faith and the hope that is there. He is not finished in this. Your children are His before they are yours, sis. i know you know all of this. The tougher the battle, sis, the bigger the victory when it is finished.

im praying for you and your family. Let the guilt of being human go and continue to seek His strength.

love you much.

in Jesus,
love momo *Halo*

You want me to do Step #4 in ONE Day....hmmmm....wow....I am going to my closet, cuz I don't believe this is possible, up until a few months ago....this what seems to be unforgiveness (cus it still eats at me) was as light as a feather, but from what I have been thru in the past 4 months, with family, mom, grown kids and than some is new to me and it HURTS DEEP this is HEAVY and wow...I dunno

Be Back Later...Love yas

Ditto, I want to share how I had to do step 4. See I did the steps one time and I held on to some unforgivness...like cut the weed off at the top of the ground instead of pulling out the entire root and I became bitter...very bitter...so the second time through the counseling steps when I got to this step I made what I call a forgivness list and on that list I wrote down the name of the person I had to forgive and then I wrote down every offense that I was holding against this person...to me this was my way of laying it at the cross...but I had to get it out. And there were times I would find myself picking up unforgiveness again and I'd have to go write down the offense again, over and over until I could truly let it go...yes it may take you awhile...more than a few days...but...you can do it sis...With God all things are possible.

*hug*

luv ya sis

Hi Ditto sis
don't let this lesson overwhelm you. As mlg said, make a list of the names and the offences then as you feel you can, do them one at the time until you feel the freedom for the guilt you have carried at not forgiving them or yourself. Press through and make sure that you complete this step because it will continue to eat at you until you are done. No it is not easy but know that Papa is right there holdin you and cheering you on.
You remain in my prayers sis
