Day 7
The battles that take place inside of my head are many. I argue with myself over which day of the week it is, the economic benefit of a mall, and why societies continue to do the same thing expecting different results. But the most difficult battle--the longest and the most hard-fought--is a battle that will probably never be resolved. Because of its significance, the battle of my self-worth could safely be called a war.
This war erupts full force whenever I am complimented or spoken well of. The little tape recorder in my head immediately fires round upon round of artillery in order to destroy and demolish any possible good thing I could think about myself. And it works every time. No, the war will never be resolved. It wages on, conquering the person I am in the process.

Never say never dear sister.
You see I to fight this battle. I've made progress and I know you can as well. Because it's not in us but in the one who holds us, Jesus.
He wants to remove these thoughts that destroy your spirit. And replace them with his thoughts.
You see sister when you tell yourself those negative things you are shooting down GODS CHILD. Every time you whisper negative words to your own spirit, before you do, take them to the Lord and ask if this is what he wants you to say to his daughter.
You see God is creating a new thing. Those things said to you in the past do not belong to you. They belong to the old woman? Or maybe they never belonged at all but were tags placed on her that were not hers to begin with.
Break free of the negative self talk. You'll walk a bit taller and accomplish more for the Kingdom of God.
God created you, with love. If God loves you, then anyone who doesn't isn't doing the will of God. This includes yourself.
Rev God loves you dear sister and so do I.
Praying for you.

Hey Rev
What I see repeated is , like my previous "statements" or posts , are the words "war" and "battle" and there was a time when I could not see the difference , and it wasn't until I separated them that I saw myself in a position of winning , something .
See , no one ever won a "war" by themselves , there is no such thing as one man army , yes you might say look at David and Goliath , they each represented the whole army , but did they really ? Well , here , Goliath "thought" he was the "army" that would win the war by himself , but David had other ideas didn't he ? He brought God with him and it was God that provided the "artillery" way before David had to face the enemy .
See , David went to battle , to do what he could with what he had , his Faith ! It was God that won the "war".
Pine is absolutely right :
Get your sling-shot and pick up some stones Rev .
God makes no junk ! And He will definitely not send you anywhere without first knowing you could do the job !

Revanto the battle that goes on in the mind reminds me of a chess game...if we start out playing the game and aren't on top of it continually we realize it's checkmate before we know it. Our mind is the same way..needing constant attention to refocus our thoughts from the bad to the good.
Now I know you battle your self worth sis...but in reality that battle is God's because He has already won it by extending to you grace. He finds you to be very worthy....but it's your thoughts that try to tell you definitely...so what ya gonna do...your gonna grab the chess piece(thought) and move it away quickly before it gets caught.
Keep working on this sis...it's a daily task.
luv ya

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
