AHA !!! Finally made it to both st. 4 & this page also , speaking of the latter (some technical mumbo-jumbo, thru no one's fault of course ) but something for me to let out nevertheless, ( isn't that what our Big Brother kept saying ? tell , tell , tell , well I'm telling , faith w/o words is dead right? Oh, He said works, not words !!! ----- Buuut , thats where I am right NOW , in a much better mood than I was in in the past 4 hours (was having to deal w/ some computer glitch trying to log in , thnx 4 Phantom's emense patience to stay w me thru the whole ordeal I'm HERE !!!! (does any body by any chance happen to where he gets all that patience from? or is it a secret thing that has to do w 14 steps, I mean if it is , it's working, I'm slowwwly developing that) All right All right some of you are probably going GET ON W IT VAHN !!! 4th STEP HOW ABOUT TALKING ABOUT 4th STEP !!!! Well , I'll TELL ya . I had absolutely no Idea about it b4 I read it, & after reading it , I still have absolutely no Idea , but one thing I Do know , It worked ! How do I know it did ? The fact that someone asked me earlier of how I was doing, my answer was Better than yesterday but worse than tommorow, (this being the response after the "glitch" frustration) it even caught me off-guard ! he asked "how can u know ur worse than t'morrow when it's not here yet ? 'said everyday now I'd bin feeling better & bttr since I got into this Gardening biz . Says sooo gardening huh ?!?! 'sd Yep I"m planting roses in the desert. says roses ! -- in the desert -- when was the last time u talked to ur sponsor? I told him listen, this is how it goes, I put the bulb in the sand and God does the rest yes its impossible for us but not for Him , here's the trick, after u pull out all the weeds & thorns that's blocking the sunlight of the spirit to shine thru to your heart u'll find urself in a barren desert (no more weeds) so not liking the emptiness that follows , u take a rose bud & put it in the ground, you must die before you live again , my friend said Vahn u really should talk to ur spons man, I'm worried about u ! All skepticism vanished from his face when I SHOWED him the Rose by saying I"M WORSE THAN TOMORROW !!! (okeyy it's supposed to b a journal vahn --not a book)

Having a positive attitude and being receptive to the teachings is very important in these steps. You are doing such a great job. Can't wait to see how you are at the end.

The Word says that each morning is new. Everyday is our opportunity to make a better day than the one before and another chance to grow closer to the Lord. Continuing to pull weeds and plant seeds is very important, and a lifetime job. If we neglect our garden for even a short time...it gets very overgrown and we are back to wading through trees and branches, so the best thing is to pull ever single ity bity piece of weed you can find.

Your doing great with the steps vahn. Keep up the good fight.
