oh wow, You know there's some verses in the Bible about making our bodies holy and acceptable unto God, and another about our bodies being the temple for the Lord. When we begin to do things to make our bodies healthier, the Lord smiles. It won't be easy, but like you said the Lord will be your strength.

It's so good to see you opening up in the Spiritual Growth forum. This is a great way to share the Lord with others, and a great way also for you to express the words He lays on your heart.

Keep staying out for Jesus.

Wow Red where have I been. I have to go seeking for your posts in spiritual growth. I love to be sharpened by a brother (or sister) in Christ.

Some may take offense to what we say. As long as we speak the truth in love we did what we are called to do. If they take offense maybe there is something God is working out in them at the time.

Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

There are many so thirsty for the word. Don't hold back and so cause them to go hungry for fear someone else isn't ready to accept it.

Day 14 has arrived!!!! I have completed yet another journey!!! Thank you Lord for this amazing site!!!! Thank You for the Spirit that guides me!! Thank you for all the great people on this site. Be with them and keep them in your grip. Amen.
