Day #3 of Many Called Few Chosen

Just jotting down things that struck me today:

Don't let the world inside of you no matter where you are. Anything or anyone that puts thoughts in your mind that is unrighteous.

While we are sleeping (not paying attention) the enemy (Satan or any person/thing he uses) comes in a plants weeds in our garden (mind).

I'm amazed at the parable of the mustard seed. I started my walk with that much faith. Saying, "God if you are there..." and "If You care about me....". The mustard seed is such a small seed and that's how much faith I had in him answering that prayer. Wow did he answer it though. Praise him. I felt like I was dead inside and now I feel so much alive and able to give to others, like that tree the mustard seed became, giving shade and a resting place for others. :) Aww God is sooo good. And faithful. He walks with me and he talks with me and he tells me I am his own. *adore* He's beside me helping me grow.

I'm on an adventure to find out how to pull weeds. :)
So glad I have a strong, good, loving God to help me. *saint*
*angel7* Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

You know pine, I too know about that mustard seed. There have been times in my life, that I've been in situations that seemed hopeless, and I've prayed about them, and God has brought me through and the end results have been better than I ever could have imagined. It just takes patience and faith, and the rewards are great. Keep sharing sis, as there are so many here who can relate to your thoughts.

luv ya

Amen Pine. Reminds me of Mark 4: 19 " And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. Luv ya, Real.
