I feel like I have have done so much sin.
heres the story...
Husband meets girl
the wife meets same girl (she is married).
wife explored. husband pushed.
wife panicked. BUt wife
Got involved with girl in so many more ways then one but it started out as helping, she was unhappy in her marriage and depression, but continued to do things out of love, helping, offering rides to places, supporting her emotionally, but got involved physically, etc...family oriented wise, everything..(read between the lines). it lasted 2 years.
Husband agreed for wife to have a lifepartner/commitment ceremony with an offcient.that knew they were both married , husband gave his blessing. same day immediately after on that
Day of, right after.... wife catches both husband and girl behind my back.
wife spoke with her the day after and forgave her. and moved on leaving that behavior behind. its been a year. wife ran to God, prayed for months in her bible and still does to this day!!!
someone please give wife some words. because she has extreme remorse. and guilt and shame, but she continues to pray so hard to the Lord for forgiveness. she is so full of shame. She is now a Christian, she got so lost, she has not turned back and who ever knows of the situation knows she will NEVER go back down that road. How do she come to terms with everyone, she hurt, her family unit, probably the other females family unit. and it was both consented between her and wife and now she is just wanting to be committed to her husband and God, and she prays every day for pain and hurt and guilt on all parties ends to be healed. Please she just wants to go forward but she is worried she will be judged so severely. she reads the bible and finds so much comfort. found this group so I am asking for words or and prayers. thank you

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
Hello Venus2302,
God bless you and welcome to Christianity Oasis.
It is wonderful that you have turned to The Lord and have begun a relationship with The Lord, and that you read The Bible and pray/talk to The Lord. Hallelujah!
It is not uncommon for us to continue to regret what we have asked The Lord to forgive us for. Regret has a memory, and sometimes those memories prevent us from "feeling" like we are forgiven. If you confessed your sins to The Lord in the name of Jesus, then you are forgiven.
Sadly, some of the people that we may have hurt in our past, they may choose not to forgive us when we ask them to. Their refusal to accept your apology does not negate your salvation in Christ Jesus. Continue to pray for them -- pray for God to bless them and to draw them close unto Himself. Pray for their salvation.
It is wonderful that you feel better when you read The Bible. Continue to seek Him and to read His Word. Upon accepting Jesus Christ as Saviour, the Holy Spirit entered into your heart and He will lead you and help you understand The Bible.
Are you reading the 14 Day Counseling Study on this site? If not, I hope you will consider doing so. It has helped hundreds of souls, myself included. If you have begun the study, I encourage you to post within the Christian Counseling Forum, with comments and/or questions about what you read in each of the 14 days.
If you have any questions, please advise.
God bless and keep you,
Sister Mack

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
I just replied this whole big reply. and erased it. i guess what i wanted to say was, i feel like i didnt just sin one sin and wrap it up. i kept going for two years, then had a ceremony while im already married to an same sex, like WHO DOES That?? and if in Corithians it says "And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." I guess my thoughts were if God was with me as he always is, then how can I have been through that morning of and witnessed what i witness between the other two immediately after.? why allow me to make a commitment with someone same sex and then i feel like my soul is begging for forgivness and mercy every day. is it wrong to feel this deep sorrow?

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
Hello Venus2302,
God bless you this day.
We will continue to grow in faith, which also includes we will grow in knowledge and understanding of what God will do for us, and how we can respond to situations in this temporary life. While we may still make mistakes, some accidentally and some, not so accidentally, we have a Saviour Who will forgive us if we sincerely ask for His forgiveness for past, present and future sins. Our relationship with The Lord is ongoing, for ever and ever.
Remember when Satan tried to tempt Jesus? Jesus commanded Satan to leave, and Satan did. (See Matthew 4:1-11). In the future, you can use The Word of God whenever Satan tries to tempt us. Example: "Leave me alone Satan, in the name of Jesus". Use the name of Jesus to address Satan. Do not throw insults or argue with Satan, just command him to leave you alone in the name of Jesus. As you continue to grow in your understanding of God's Word (The Bible), The Holy Spirit will bring reminders to you of Bible scriptures that apply to whatever temptation or situation you are going through. If you fall and make a mistake, confess it to God and ask for forgiveness and then accept His forgiveness and continue to move forward.
The Christian Counseling Study on this site will help you, as will the many, many other studies on this site. I encourage you to begin reading them.
The blood of Jesus covers any sins you have committed. Don't allow Satan to convince you that you cannot be forgiven or that the type of sins you committed are just too bad to be forgiven of. Satan will lie to you. Jesus loves you and He died for your sin, and my sin, and every sin, IF we will accept Jesus as Lord and Savour.
Again, as you grow in your relationship with God The Father, God The Son/Jesus, and God The Holy Spirit you will grow in your understanding. It is how God works in our life. He amazes me every day.
Here is a link to a list of really awesome studies on this site:

I also suggest you read the 14-Day Christian Counseling Study -- also known as the CCCC Study. CCCC is the abbreviation for C-O-O-L Confidential Christian Counseling. The letters C-O-O-L is short for Christianity Oasis On-Line. Here is the link:

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
please i know i walked away, but mentally i am still like WHAT WAS ITHINKING!? how can i have gone through with so many bad bad bad decisions and my husband is not Godly, and he doesnt see any wrong with what we were a part of and what i did outside my marriage, i asked him for forgiveness and he says he doesn't know why, i didnt do anything. so beause i suffer from anxiety, i wish the Lord Jesus can come and sit and tell me everything is ok, we (my husband and i are forgiven, then i have wishes that the priest that did the commitment ceremony would have told me it could not be done. but he did it, not legal of course but still.. and i feel like was in a "fog" a delusion... i sort couseling during this whole process and my couselor would talk me throuhg my feelings almost the whole 2 years. friends though on the outside did say i was like another whole person. and i was like mia but not really myself. and i dont know why....but i feel back in many ways there is another verse that says, Psalm 37:32 "those who are evil hide and wait for Godly people. They want to kill them. But the Lord's will not leave thhe Godly in their power.Hewill not let them be found guilty when they are brought to court." but whose to say because i participated that he will have no mercy and equal me a evil as her? SHe never cae to me, i always came toher house, always helpig her, always wanting to be with her, and always pushed my family away. everything was about her. I prayfor God to fill me with the HolySpirit. and remake my husband holy through me. We love eachother so much. The two of them her and my husband had lied to me so many times. i feel like it was not allmy doing about him and her. but i did allow some things (physical that never should have been) on top of me with her for 2 years. please some clairty.

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
and then i found this : Another type of marriage that God has no part of is a homosexual marriage. For “you shall not lie with a male as with a woman. IT IS AN ABOMINATION” (Leviticus 18:22). “Therefore, God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves ...for even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise, also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful ...and they did not like to retain God in their knowledge...” (Romans 1:24,26-28). Do you think God actually joins these people in a holy marriage when He Himself condemns the marriage itself?
GOD DOES NOT JOIN TOGETHER WHAT HE DOES NOT APPROVE! However, He does allow a marriage to continue when one spouse gets saved provided that the spouse who is now His child is able to pursue a godly lifestyle with his or her children. In this case, the entire family is blessed; otherwise, divorce is in order."
that was on some website. i need so much coming to terms on what i did what i allowed and what i went through. any thoughts about my husband being holy through me even though he also had some physccal contact throught out that time and about how i will be not sent to hell.

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
Hello Venus2302,
God bless you this day.
1 John 1:9
King James Version
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Hebrews 8:12
King James Version
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Proverbs 17:9
9 Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends.
Psalm 103:8-13
King James Version
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
Venus2302, accept God's forgiveness through the bloodshed of Christ Jesus -- the blessed Son of God. He died for your sins. Stop judging yourself for the sins that God has already forgiven you for. Accept His blessed forgiveness.
The Apostle Paul shared some blessed words to us in the Book of Romans, chapter 7 that we can all relate to:
Romans 7:15-25
New International Version
15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[a] For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.
1 Corinthians 15:57
King James Version
57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Venus, God loves you. God The Father loves you. God The Son / Jesus loves you. God The Holy Spirit loves you.
John 3:16
King James Version
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I continue to encourage you to read some of the Studies on this site. Each of the studies leans heavily on The Word of God. The studies have helped hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands, of souls, myself included, grow in our understanding of Bible scriptures and on how to build our relationship with The Lord God Almighty.
Jesus loves you, Venus2302.

Re: I feel like I have have done so much sin.
Thank you so much. I needed this platform. Jesus, I am sorry full hardheartedly for all my sins. adultery, and looking back knowing now how unGodly it actually was. I am sorry for even getting involved. allowing my husband to be involved. and for participating in a ceremony that was not the right thing to do. not listening to close friends that tried to warn me. I am going to fight the devil every day and pray for my family and my children and for all of your children to be free from sin and I love you Jesus. Please watch over us on the Earth. And please fill me with the Holy Spirit and make my husband holy through me, his wife. Thank you for sending me Sister Mack. God Bless her and shine your light upon her. I send her love and gratefulness for her support as a Christian woman to speak about what i had done and bring confession out in the open is not something that is easy in regards to asking the Almighty Lord for forgiveness. May the devil flee. I am loved by you Lord, and I am forever and ever committed to you. Send me more paths that I can endure all the love you have to express them to those around me and to guide me so I may continue to help those that are lost. Thank you for finding me. Amen.
