I'm sorry to hear that the church building that you attend and its congregation is in turmoil right now. I, too, would have an issue if a pastor lead from his old nature as opposed to the new one The Lord gives those who accept Jesus as Saviour. I realize our old nature is ornery and at times challenging to overcome, but, we must know that In order to serve, we must lay down our old nature and let Christ's nature rise up in us.

I'm sending up prayers to our Lord in the name of Jesus on your behalf. God's will be done. I also pray for the pastor that Christ humble him. God's will be done.

God bless and keep you, Ciny.

Mack

Dora wrote:Hi Ciny! *Wave* Thank you Dora for the good advice saving it to remind my self love you too (hugs) :) A new friend of mine on web page shared this with me kind of goes along with what you and Mac & MLG said to me she dose not know what has been going on in my life find it kind of kool I love how the Holy Spirit works ......

This is what she said below ........

Jesus is the reason. We grow in Faith. we love as Jesus loved us. Jesus picked us from the bunch out of many. U are loved and wonderfully made. thank God that u are here right now. Because Jesus want u to be here in his presence. We are never accident. Remember Jesus is not finished with u. He has so much more for u to do in his kingdom.
Keep the faith friend .

You mentioned....
I keep getting thoughts that i'am no good and not worth anything i know that God's word says different Like i have a hope and a future in him with a good out come Jeremiah 29;11 and that i am fearfully and wonderfully made Psalms 149;14

Keep telling those voices the truth over and over. I know it gets exhausting. You may also try just hearing the words, with out fighting them, recognize them, realize where they are from and why you are hearing them, then let the truth peacefully come in and cover your brain and your soul. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, you are perfect in His sight, you are His bride, you are fit for the wedding supper, ect. Maybe write some down and keep around your area, in your pocket, purse, and car.

I've been through some really bad stuff at my church. God has gotten a hold of my church and shaken it up. He replaced the pastor and I love church again. I pray your church gets touched by God. I think you may be in a time where God is waiting for them to repent and change their ways. It's ok to visit other churches during this time so your spirit gets rest and you hear the word rightly spoken.

God loves you dear Ciny! And so do I! *hug*

Step three God's Grace

I use to think when i was having ill feelings against those that abused me that i had to totlay start all over again with my christian walk with God when i all i had to do was call on his Son Jesus to forgive them God sees me through the eyes of his song Jesus for given ands made whole in him.

James 5:19-20 (KJV)
19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

I'am not saying that i'am guilty from the sexual abuase and the other abouse that happened in my life.
But I have been guilty of how i handled it with un forgiveness and bitterness in the past but thank you Heavenly Father for covering a multitude of sin when we repent with a true heart !!

I have Also leaned how to look at my abusers through the eyes of Jesus how he humbled hims self as a man and came to earth to die one the cross for our sins and for gave us a hard one to remember for me sometimes !

Ciny,

I even can't fathom the forgiveness Jesus has for us. That He would give up His very own life so I could have eternal life.

I find you to be brave to have learned to look at your abusers through Jesus eyes. That took a lot of courage. Courage only He could give you.

Keep on walking the walk sweet ciny.

Take care
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Thank you so much MLG not easy to do look at our abuser through Jesus yes i cannot totally fathom the forgiveness of Jesus either and how he could give up his life for all man kind i think it helps me to do so one of my early flash backs i was angry at my abuser and i heard God Gods voice telling me that he loved him and forgave him for his sins tooo.

I was very young i think that is what helped me later in life to heal and forgive them soo i have to say that God was right there with me through all it helping me even when i did not think he was there i had to be three maybe four years old when that happened. we are walking the path together mlg glad you Pine and Mack and Oasis are with me on the journey *hug*

step 4 weed pulling Field Trip to forgiveness

Let go and let God = LET GO (of your problem) And let God (remove it)!

I have been learning about forgiveness of God his forgiveness keep on forgiving and full of love and once you repented and ask him to for give you he erases it throws in in the sea of forgetfulness and will never use it the future to bring us shame the devil and the world condemns and unforgiving.

Years ago my brother and a neighbor girl and i were playing up stairs in our bed room every time she would come over she would talk my brother into choking me she had seen seen on the news that a boy accidentally choked his brother and killed him .

This went on for a while one day my mom heard a vocie (i belive it was the holy sprit you had better go up stairs somthing is teribly wrong she said she felt an usettling quiet and ery feeling she came up stairs found my brother choking me and she had gotten upo there just in time to save my life.
For years this haunted me i can honestly say that i know how it feels to have your life drained out of you i think i was 4 maybe five at the time.

I Knew Jesus as my lord and savior and knew that Jesus told us in hois word to forgive those that hurt us i did pray at that time to ask Jesus to forgive them but had trust issues that have gone into my adult years .
I can say though the past few years have been a healing journey for me more free from it this scripture over that past few years has taught me to forgive ....

Mark 11:25-26 (KJV)
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

no matter how bad we have been hurt Jesus suffered far more on the cross and forgive us from our sins so we could be free from the bondage of sin and death .
