Life is tough, I had to do so much to help myself, pick myself up, now I am home, but I am very, very sad, I can't smile, I can't talk to anybody in church because of the mental disorders I have

Hello Helenau

Welcome! Feel free to express yourself in written form.

Try to listen to some sweet music -- nothing heavy, sad or dark sounding. Remember that King Saul's tormenting thoughts were calmed by the sweet sounds of music.

The Lord God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) loves you so very much.

God bless and keep you,
Mack

Thanks, Mack.

Sweet music helps, but I just find it very difficult to control myself this year.

I suspect that my depression recur this year. I'm waiting for my antidepressants.

I sob every time I listen to music. I sob every Sunday in church. It's weakening my immune system, not to mention that I am in the middle of PTSD and just pulled my weight up to the normal range.

Right now I just can't control my tears.

I want to be set free.

I realize that I need to write another post in Rising Above It All and talk about self destruction.

It's ok to cry. I feel like I don't belong in this world sometimes too.

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
