This forum is a sanctuary for those who are experiencing trials and tribulation and seek words of wisdom, comfort and TRUTH from fellow Christians who have experienced similar trials and tribulation and have overcome them. Never forget that we ALL fall down as we sojourn down this Christian Walk. The trick is to get up and carry on fighting the good fight of FAITH. One of the greatest gifts that our Father gave to Christians is ... Fellow Christians. James 5:16 ... Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. That is good to hear Pine and it was such a blessing to reconnect.
When God speaks to our heart he is speaking to us personally but when we share, often we find he is speaking to others.
I err, sin, cheat myself so often because i forget that what he speaks to me is FOR me as much as it is FOR others. Often I think its just a word to share, but the truth is...i see more than ever that it is a word for ME PERSONALLY.
Step 12...that song We Fall Down (we get up and saint is just a sinner who got up). We get up by admitting.
That song is making me cry. I am so hard on myself. And God is much more than judge, he is GRACE.
I am sharing that song at a meeting i am going to this morning in my town.

Pamela, I pray God will meet you as you do the step lessons. You may get more response if you start your own journal here, so I am going to start one called "For Pamelatrostie" and copy paste what you shared there. That way...it may cause others to see that a new person is journeling. It is hard to journal but bringing hidden to light is good. God bless you richly dear sister. You are NOT alone. Love in Christ, HisOwn

How Funny stepping stone 14 is actually a new stepping stone 14 day path. I already minister on chat and in town a little but I will look at that next study as right now I have been needing a structured time of study as well as the other things I do. This season of life is very difficult. We are older, my husband is in poor health and so our/my life is drastically changed over the past 6 months or more. Sometimes I want to weep, sometimes I want to scream. I struggle with giving up my freedom because of poor choices of another. And yet there is a way to do so with grace, compasssion and love. The past year has surely been a refining process and like this study said one week I AM selfish. The neatest thing is that God has been refining me. And at the same time, He has allowed me to continue to serve Him. Makes no sense in the natural at all.
Looking forward to the next study and trying to consider if I will make a new journal or just continue this one.
