I would like to get married one day.
Please pray for me that I would be able to get married.
Unfortunately I have a couple of serious problems.
First of all, I don't have enough income. Plus I have been involved in the stock market and lost a
great deal of money. I have no debt, but I have no savings either. I am 31 years old and make
500 dollars a month. Being this old and having so little money I feel like a financial disaster.
Secondly, I'm a very quiet man (introvert) by nature, and I have never been very social.
I know that I will have to change, but I don't know what to do or where to start.
I am a Christian, and in my church and in my community I could not find any singles groups
where I could meet Christian girls.
Problem #3: For almost 25 years, I thought that dating and marriage is like having a new teeth.
The old teeth fall out and new teeth grow by themselves. A kid doesn't have to do anything to
get new teeth. I thought that marriage was like that. It just happens sort of automatically to people
when they reach a certain age. So, while I was young, I did not date, I did not chase after girls.
I just spent time with my hobbies and did my own things and paid no attention to girls at all.
I am just starting to realize that it was a huge mistake. Other guys who spent all their time
chasing girls know a lot of things about friendships and relationships. And I know nothing.
Well, no one told me that attracting the opposite sex requires some skill.
I thought we're all born with the necessary skills.
Apparently not. And I just realize that I am totally not ready.
Problem #4: I am 31 years old, and I feel like my time is running out.
I mean I don't want to get married at age 40. That would be too old. Maybe I have 10 years.
That's a very short time, and I am a little bit sad that I wasted my young adult life with
so many useless things that did not bring me closer to what I really want. I feel like I
have wasted half of my life.
I know God can help me, and I believe in miracles. But I wish my parents had told me when I was
just a teenager what life is all about and what to expect from life and what to do to be successful.
They didn't tell me, and I had to figure out by trial and error, and so here I am.
I appreciate your prayers, advice or anything. Thank you!

Praying for you...may God's will be done in your life.
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Re: I would like to get married one day.
Maybe God is training you up to be a good husband to one of his very special and precious daughters?
He don't give them out to just any guy!
Seek what He has to teach you.
Remember, all things in His timming.
My prayers are with you.

Re: I would like to get married one day.
Fortunately, you have a couple of serious blessings:
You know what it is like to have had and lost. Valueable life lesson.
You have no debt. Yet you DO have an income. You are head & sholders above many these days.
You have so little? The bible is filled with stories of God using those with so very little for so very much,
including a baby born amongst the animals in a cave. You're in good company.
You are a very quiet man. God has gifted you with an ear for hearing. A gift a wife will appreciate.
This is a gift you won't want to change, but learn to enhance so to be a benefit to others, a wife, and youself.
Listen to what god has to say; not that there aren't any single Christian girls localy, but perhaps, not just yet?
You have received wisdom and a blessing many of have missed or won't admit.
>"And I just realize that I am totally not ready."<
Praise the Lord for blessing #4. No knows the number of their days. Yet you have realized its time to put away
the child like things of the past and to renew yourself in the Holy spirit bringing you closer to what you really want,
a personal relationship with Jesus. For if you did not, He wouldn't have brought you here. Nor would you be seeking
him through prayer. Its as if He were a lamp to your feet lighting your path.
What a blessing it is to know God can help you, and to believe in miracles! Faith without works is dead.
Lift up your head and know, YOU ARE, a child of God, He has you and won't let you go! Walk in the confidence
of knowing God is prepareing you for His very best.
Fortunately, >"so here I am"< blessed and highly favored! How awesome is your God?
