Hello Family,

I read through the information on step two. I read a little extra, on the reading of the Renewing the Mind study. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to do the chart in there as well? I did do the chart, just in case.

I enjoyed listening to the music earlier today, and listened to some tonight as well. I always love listening to Christian Contemporary music.

Today's reading is about weeding our Garden, (mind), looking out for anger, jealousy, lust, greed, fear and doubt brought by the evil one. I am going to watch out for media and ways it can be brought into my garden.

I am going to try to stay optimistic, positive, hopeful and encouraged. I am going to try to find things that are encouraging, uplifting and inspiring.

It came to my mind that I'd also like to have my dreams remembered again. I don't remember them like I used to. Not as much as I used to.
