that was a good1. the ironic part is that i wrote a poem bout prayer
It's a way of speaking 2 God

And a way 2 express feelings.

God is open 2 listening 2 what u have 2 say

But u have 2b sincere

And mean every word u say

Otherwise it means nothing.

Even the simplest prayers

Can mean absolutely nothing

Unless it is done

In the right intentions.

They shouldn't b monotonous

Or sound like it was rehearsed

Cuz ur pouring out your soul 2 God

With every word u recite.

It can b 4 a loved 1

or 4 your very self;

It can b 4 sum 1 specific

Or the church and non church community as a whole.

Prayers should not b empty

But full of life and soul.

Your mind should b @ work

Trying 2 put your thoughts into words

And words into prayers.

Pray as if u were having a conversation

2 the 1 and only God

Cuz if u mean what u say and listen 2 Him

U will find the answer youre looking 4

And receive 4giveness.

So the next time u pray @ home or church

Don't pray cuz u feel like u have 2

Or cuz it's the time it fits in your schedule

But cuz u really want 2.
