Day 3
Just posted a journal entry, but lost it all, so I'll be brief. Did accomplish most goals today, but was extremely tired and discouraged because of it. I must start eating healthier and due to candida problems I must significantly limit sugar and carbs, God help me! I'm thankful for my husband's love and support and that I didn't have to go anywhere today, so I was able to read and rest. God bless!

Re: Day 3
Something to think about....
Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. WOW – Think about what an unbelievably powerful statement that is! THE SPIRIT THAT RAISED CHRIST IS LIVING IN US!!! WE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!!!

If the chart is "discouraging" perhaps your goals are to big. Maybe they need broken down smaller.
Think about it if you make only one improvement that is one improvement more than you would of if you hadn't of done the chart. Give yourself a reward for making it one day with the improvements you made. Perhaps that reward is just to allow yourself to feel good about what you did with out looking at what you didn't do. Be kind to yourself.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
