First Full Day of my 7 Day Challenge

Postby KelseyLong » Mon Apr 30, 2012 5:50 pm

Today has been sooooooo difficult but I kept to it! Today I have had many oppurtunites to play my video games but I refused too! Also, my mom listens to a non-Christian radio station so while in the car, I asked her to change it to K-Love. The song that was playing was Made to Love by TobyMac. The lyrics that touched me were, Anything I would give up for you, everything, I'd give it all away. It just really touched me and I almost cried, because that is exactly what I am trying to do! Alanna, Kaylee, and I haved signed it, I want to challenge you too! Pray about it and thank about it, do not sign it unless you are willing and God is telling you too.
As a Christian, we will find struggles and hardships like no other, that is why Jesus died for me, that is why he died for YOU! Often times we find ourselves wondering, is this life worth living? I thought I got a great deal when I signed up for this. But here is a reality check, we did not just sign up, we chose to LIVE! God gives us tests, to prove ourselves to him and so we can grow stronger, that is why our hardships are truly blessings in disguise. So count both your hardships and blessings

That is so beautiful. You have opened your heart to our God, your Love is the key to what Gods wants to establish in us.
What you already have, many still struggle with. What a pure, God filled heart you have. Guard your heart for it belongs to God.
Luke 18: Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.
Luke 18:16 But Jesus called them to him and said "Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
