1 cup all purpose flour
5 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons tablespoons very cold water
(optional)1/4 teaspoon salt
(optional)1/2 teaspoon sugar

Whisk flour, salt and sugar together.

Mix Canola oil and cold water together.

Mix dry ingredients with liquid with a spoon into a ball.

Knead 2-4 times then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Tell me when you roll it out do you cover the board with flour or do you roll it between two sheets of wax paper or does it not matter?
