Flu shots get a blessing?

Postby phantomfaith » Wed Dec 14, 2011 1:39 am

Please know I am biased on this subject becuz personally I am against flu shots as i believe the studies done that flu shots actually harm more than they help. Also i have read and believe the studies that each flu season it is a different strain and all they have is the last strain known so actually they are giving people the last flu virus which will do nothing to protect them from the new one.

When I read this report it shocked me that the "churches" and other religious bodies are "leading" their flock to do the bidding of the state. I couldnt believe I was actually reading this and that it is really happening right now. Makes me wonder if, like some have said before and even movies of the end times, that the churches who are under the control of the govt will convince their flock to take the mark of the beast. I know it may sound far fetched but look at what they are doing now.

Feds urge churches to peddle flu shots to members, partner with drug stores to sponsor flu clinics

(NaturalNews) Every year, the federal government and its pawns in state and local governments get a little bit more aggressive in their push for full compliance with the flu vaccine agenda. And this year, they are targeting faith-based groups and the leaders of such groups, which include pastors, priests, rabbis, and imams -- to promote flu vaccines to their members during religious services, and even to partner with local drug stores to hold flu vaccine clinics.

In a recent issue of the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Partnership Center Newsletter, the agency wrote about its new Seasonal Flu Guide for Community & Faith-based Organizations and Leaders. The aim of initiative is to use religious leaders and institutions to increase flu vaccine compliance. And in order to ensure success, HHS held a private conference call recently -- no press allowed -- to discuss strategies.

"[F]aith and community leaders play an integral role in helping to keep their communities and congregations healthy, especially during flu season," says the HHS announcement. "As trusted messengers, (religious leaders) are able to spread important information about health practices and the need for vaccination."

You can view the full HHS announcement here:
http://www.hhs.gov/partnerships/res...

In other words, government authorities, apparently unsatisfied with the current vaccination rate, are now looking to trusted religious leaders to become "messengers" for delivering Big Pharma's flu vaccine propaganda to their congregations. The end goal of all this, of course, is to convince those who have rejected the flu vaccine that it is safe and effective (which it is not), and to persuade them to take it.

The whole initiative is a product of the White House's Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships, which is really just a benign-sounding name for the federal government's "Trojan Horse" promotion of its own agendas via religion. And it already appears to be working quite well to promote flu vaccines as, during the conference call, officials allegedly spoke of a Catholic priest who stopped during the middle of his sermon to receive a flu shot -- needless to say, many inspired clergy and parishioners immediately followed suit.

As part of this push to turn religion into a catalyst for promoting flu vaccines, federal officials hope churches and religious institutions will also actively partner with local drug stores like Walgreens to hold flu shot clinics. The endless barrage of flu shot advertisements, promotions, and incentives that drug stores already utilize on their own is apparently still not enough to convince many members of the public to willingly accept the useless vaccine (http://www.naturalnews.com/033998_i...).

So what is the message that these churches and other religious organizations are bringing to their people? Is it of love and faith and trust in the Good News of Jesus Christ? Or is it to trust and do the bidding of the government who cares and loves you? HAH This is downright scary my friends and if you belong to a church or know of someone who is that is involved in this new "program" please be warned and ponder upon what message is it they are truly giving out. I believe they have sold out to the powers that be and left behind their first love of the POWER THAT IS ABOVE ALL which is Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God.

Reminds me of the song by Mike and the Mechanics Silent Running w/lyrics:

Please remember to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and not anyone or organization.Test their fruits and always follow the leading and voice of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ who resides inside you when you believe in Jesus. *AngelYellow*

Matt 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

I am believing this means as well to not believe them if they tell you God would want you to take this or that so you can be safe and/or healthy. Whats next? they will tell us to take a mark or a chip so that we can be safe and have food? Sound familiar?

Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Whether that time is now or in the future I dunno. But I do know that this is a sign of what will be and is happening right now. Please be watchful and prepared and always instant in prayer for we do not know when the time will come. But it is coming and we know this becuz God cannot lie and He has revealed what will happen in our future.

God Bless u all and love you all very much *Pray*

Ok , now , lemme try to get this straight ... I may be missing something (ok , you can scratch the maybe) .

Although I am in total agreement with you Phan , on the flo "shot" situation , my take on that , getting a flu "shot" to prevent flu virus equals to - drink some poison so you wont get poisoned -

Now , with the government's "urging" churches and other faith-besed "movements" .... here's where I get to scratch my head ... Is this the SAME government that been saying , advocating and "urging" us , as a country , NOT to mix politics or government or their buziness WITH churches\ buziness ??? *Doh* *Whistle*

Phan and Vahn, oh, it's so good to know there are people here who believe as I do! Yes, it's that same government! *Doh* Long term use of Flu shots besides the short term side effect and the fact that they don't work, has been linked to Alzheimer's. and we just accept that as you get older you will get it and don't ask why! My husband was pressured into taking a pneumonia shot by the veterans clinic 12 years ago and had an immediate reaction of swollen and painful knees. It has over the years developed into chronic inflammation which has ruined his knees and given him a perpetual fever. They admit that was one of the unusual side effects but that doesn't give him his quality of life back. He applied for disability through the VA over a year ago and we still haven't heard anything. For a while he was on 10-12 pain pills a day just to keep the fever and pain under control!

I think it would be great to have a forum for those who would like to discuss natural healing and living. I'm new around these parts. How would one go about doing that? I also think it would be good to have a forum on frugal living and money/budget issues. Any thoughts on those ideas? Is it something others would be interested in? *Friends*
