Yeah im new i cant figure out how to send friend requests and to pick an avatar pic if you could help that would be great

Just click on the link.

Also, at the top of the page there are 8 Tabs, the 6th Tab says UCP, click on it, then click on the Tab that says Profile, and once in there, look to the left, and you'll see Edit Avatar.
