Delicate danty Day 9

I think it is so awesome that 40 is a special number in the bible because 40 is a special number to me. 40 is how old I am and how old I was when I decided to let go and let God. I thank God for his Love and Grace. I learned today that I need to focus on the things that I want not things I dont want. Like I want to be a better Christian I am not going to focus on the fact that I dont want to fail as a Christian. I have positive things or sayings around me I just neglect to read them. I dont know why I dont take the time to read them. They inspire me when I do. I am still working on changing habits that is part of my miracle grow chart and that is going pretty well. I dont know about this habit chart I am afraid I would spend more time buying paper right now. *laughter* I still have alot of weeds that I am working on that make the habit chart seem like it would be impossible. I will try it because everything else I have done for my garden has been making it come out healthy. :) Besides I am sure we all have habits we would like to change. At least I hope so. We also discussed the power of prayer and how blessed we are when we pray together. I cannot stress enough how true this is. We are a close knit family here and we pray for each other like no other. At the end of each Journal I ask you to pray for me and I will continue to. If you have been following along with my story I have told you about my eboyfriend stalking me. I got a protective order, I followed Pine's advice about how to be safe, and I asked for your prayers. I know that y'all have been praying because I have seen him twice now in public (and I know he has not have time to have been served his papers) and he was not violent. I know this is only by the grace of God and because of your prayers. This does not mean I am going to let my guard down, but I just wanted to say Thank You and since we studied the power of prayer I thought it important to share that power of prayer with you. So again Thank You. Please continue to pray for me as this Cinderella works for her crown. *Halo*

Hello danty,

I found this as i was seeking the meaning of the number 40 in the bible and thought id share with ya :)

Each time period of 40 units is related to testing, probation or being tried. Also notice each period of 40 within the scriptures ends with a time or item of blessing. *band*

According to the Bible, it is the number of the waiting, the preparation, the test or the punishment. Also the Bible often resorts to the number 40 when starts a new chapter of the history of the salvation. On the other hand, forty would indicate the duration of a generation or a long period, whose we ignore the exact length.

Symbolize the death with oneself and the spiritual rebirth. *Clap*

Interesting stuff there :)

And yes we have lots of habits too, at least i do that i know i need to work on breaking more. Lil by lil sis.

Prayin for ya
