Zemirahs journal - day 4

Postby Zemirah » Wed Jun 22, 2011 7:04 am

Mack shared a verse today that really blessed me and applies to what I'm learning

Psalm 103:10 (NIV) He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.

*Cross*

One of the things that stood out/stands out in the reading for today is that it reminds me how hard I can be on myself in some things; and then how soft in others. The soft areas are probably the ones where I need to be harder; and the harder where ...... I need to learn to have grace and mercy. To receive this; to give it ....... because as the study points out how can we truly serve God fully if we are carrying guilt (and other not so good things) inside us.

I've been afraid of gentleness ..... carrying and believing the lie that it hurts, as does love.

I know I'm still holding on to this in a lot of areas; but by God's grace, through his truth ............ I am made free!

Being afraid of the unknown is common. What we know even if it's painful feels safer than stepping into something we have never felt.

He is trust worthy. His gentle never ending love is real and you'll be ever so glad when you finally wrap it around yourself.

Love you!!!! *hug5*

*Pray* He will keep calling you to it. It is His will you feel His love and carry it into the very depth of your soul. It is the most valuable gift you'll ever receive. His gift. Free. For you. His child whom He dearly loves. Keep seeking. :)
*angel7* Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

Zemi hi
I agree that the unfogivness weed is the hardess one to pull threr is unfogivness and learned behaviors atached to it saying it was are fault or we convinced our self it was are fault, its good you can see this now you have the tools to dig up the weeds spray some of the Holy SPirt weed be gone on it and speak the word over it daily. Iam praising God with you....
as you heal and stand your ground, and iam staning along side tyou in Jesus name and pray for you to have streaght to stand your ground, and the weeds of ungotgivness be replaced with forgivenss and love joy and peace in Jesus name amen
*Pray*

rember onr way to stand our ground to be healed is in our praise ansd worship God lives in our praise to him.

The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God my Savior!
( Psalms 18:46 *NIV )

Today and everyday we should praise our Heavenly
Father; For great is the Lord and most
worthy of praise; He is to be feared above all
gods. ( 1 Chronicles 16:25 )

After all, it is written; The righteous cry out,
and the Lord hears them; He delivers them
from all their troubles. Also; The Lord is
close to the brokenhearted and saves those
who are crushed in spirit. ( Psalms 34:17-18 )

Further, Because of your father's God, who
helps you, because of the Almighty, who
blesses you with blessings of the heavens
above/ ( Genesis 49:25 )

Therefore, Praise be to the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us
in the heavenly realms with every spiritual
blessing in Christ. ( Ephesians 1:3 )

*Clap* *PraiseGod* *run* *band* *band* *band* *band*

Ciny I love that idea of the Holy Spirit - as the weed spray :) and also the reminder of the importance of praise *Clap* it's definitely something I need to be doing more of and am being worked on in ...... one of many areas really :) and thank you for standing with me and your prayers *hug*

Dema thanks for the hugs *hug* and thanks for the encouragement Ing *hug*

Pine ..... I will keep seeking; because even being scared of the unknown and being caught up in lies I still know that God's truth (wow I meant to write love there and wrote truth - but both!) is the most amazing precious thing; just have to get past everything that gets in the way (me!) thanks ....... so much *hug*
