overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted
I feel overwhelmed, stresses and exhausted with my life. My husband is always moody, my kids are in that acting out stage, we are barely covering our bills, i havent made any friends in our new area and i dont have the close relationship with my family that i want. i have no one to lean on and talk to. im so lonely. i feel like i am falling into a deep dark pit. i keep praying and begging the Lord to help me, i know he hears me, but im scared that i may be swallowed up before i see a glimmer of light.

Hello babygirl, I just felt compelled to write to you because i was once in the same pit. I kept my faith and trusted in GOD totally. Does not mean it was easy it wasnt and i feel for you. But i am so much stronger and better for going through it. I was raiseing 4 kids and found myself doing well and then one day out of the blue i lost my small printing buisness( a in the garage type small business but was profitable and had good time with kids) it paid the bills nicely and a little extra to do those fun things with the kids. Then i recieved a phone call that the buisiness was no longer owned and operated by the same people anymore and were going to do business with someone else. slammed my world and famlies. Could no longer afford the house or van or anything. To make it all short I ended up in a hotel room with 4 kids and a wife. She was not very found of it belive me but what do you do. She nagged me every single day to get us out of there. Crying blameing me. I stayed strong not to fight with her and strong for the kids. Not my strenth so much but my strenth through GOD. Anyways after 5 months of living in a hotel i was finnaly out and in to a home. So i guess my message is to stay strong send the kids off to school with the reassurence that GOD is in control and you trust him and they will pick up on it to. Send your husband off to work with the confidence that he is doing a great job and it is appreiciated. Now thats from me cause i know how it feels to be barely making it and feel like why am i doing this just to pay the bills. But i kept after it through GODs guidence and pulled through just like you will. GOD is moleding you for better things sister and except those challenges and trust in him he promises to reward and he will. My GOD bless you and always look for his guidence and you cant go wrong. Take care my sister in christ, You must be the rock GOD put in your family.

Hello kf
Praying for you. Hope you began the steps in the counseling study here. I highly suggest them.
If you need a friend or someone to talk to come to the chat. There is almost always someone there willing to talk. Send me a private message if you like.
There is hope and it has a name. It's name is Jesus. You've come to the right place.

Hi kfbabygirl, welcome to the Oasis. We are so very glad the Lord has led you here. I believe that you are being led here by the Lord for a reason...so that you can find encouragement and support for the times you feel alone and struggling on your own. Jesus is always right there beside you and He will help you on those days when things are just a constant battle. I think your husband might be moody because he feels the same stress that you feel. And you have to remember that a man is suppose to be the leader of the family...and he may have some insecurities about this...so be patient with him sis...
I just want you to know that you don't have to go this alone...allow God to help you...He hears your prayers...and He wants to make changes...but before He can really work in your life...you have to allow God to become number one in your life...take this time to strengthen your own relationship with God.
My prayers are with you and your family.
Come visit us sometime in the chatroom.
Take care and God Bless

Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.

Hey babygirl, so nice to meet you.
I have an additional suggestion. Is there a church in your area that you may be interested in? You can make friends thru the church and get the kid involved in youth.
It's always hard when you move to a new place, not sure of yourself with new people but you can do it. We'll be here for support.
Look forward to seeing you in chat.

Hello KF_babygirl
God bless you this day.
Probably not what you envisioned when you dreamed of being married with children, huh? I'm here to tell you though, KF_babygirl, that it's gonna be alright.
I'm glad The Lord led you here. We can be your support group, and your sounding board. We'll lift you up to The Lord in prayer, give you advice when and if we can, and who knows...maybe even share a few blessed giggles.
God bless you, KF_babygirl.
In Christ's love,
Sister Mack
