Vanishing oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 lb.margarine or butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups Quaker oats(quick or old fashioned)
1cup raisins



Directions:

heat oven to 350 degrees
beat together margarine and sugars until creamy
add eggs and vanilla; beat well
add combined flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt;mix well
drop rounded teaspoon fulls on ungreased cookie sheet
bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
place on wire rack for cooling


why do I call them Vanishing oatmeal raisin cookies?

because once you eat one the rest vanish *Whistle*

Oh my favoritest cookie in the entire world!

Thank you for this recipe. I must try it. While the kids are at school so I can eat them all. :)
