Trying for last 2 days to force myself over to step 2 of the counseling.
For the first time in my life, I have seriously considered if this life is worth living anymore. Oh yeah, when I was young I used to cut, but it wasn't about death, it was about alleviating the pain.
What if, just what if we could go to heaven even if we caused out own death? God is a merciful God, right?
Oh my, life really does go on long after the thrill of living is gone.

amy...my sister...death is never the answer to anything my sister...in fact God wants to help you heal...come on sis....step 2....Jesus will be right there with you to help you do it....grab His hand sis.

hey Amy, sis. You arent alone..and you arent so far away from Him that He cant reach you. Whatever the situation is, sis...or has been that has caused you to take your eyes off of Him...its just time to get re-focus. We wander off, but He is calling you back, sis. We have all done it. The good thing is that you are hearing Him now and seeking Him and His will again.

yes, baby steps. One day at a time. This reminds me of wandering through the desert. A dry time. A desolate time..but, He is leading you out of that if you can take your eyes off the situations around you and re-focus on Him and His plan for your life. Your life isnt your own and you wont be happy in that desert..cuz that's not His plan for you. Push through this and fight the good fight. He will lead you through if you will let Him..and push through this.

I've been praying for you since first reading your post(s) several days ago. Earlier tonight, upon waking from a nap, The Lord laid the following on my heart.

When we stop seeking Him, we are chasing after something else, or we are running from something else. It is time to name it.

Blessings to you Amy, and greetings from God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! Our Father Dad loves you so much more than you can ask or even think! I can't begin to tell you how much He adores us. He is the in all His essence, in all His glory, in all His being, pure love. But sweetheart He doesn't abide in doubt and unbelief. He abides in love. Find His love inside you for it is there.

I've carefully read all the beautiful love filled and gracious replies to your cry on here for help and such wonderful grace has been extended to you by our loving Dad through those here on C.O. that you just must receive it. Oh how the Lord loves you Amy. Oh how He adores you and longs to fellowship with you. His heart bleeds with tenderness toward you.

But sweetheart we have to exercise our free will. The love of God is still inside you. His grace has been extended to you to recover completely. There is so much I desire to say to you today, but know this, we are made fighters also in the house of God. We are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds and when tough times come we must go to war. The first step into warfare is to go down on your face before the Lord and submit your will to Him. Beg Him to replace all the negative words you have surrounded yourself with His loving words of grace, mercy, and truth. He always extends His grace to the humble.

Now lift up that glorious shield of faith in the Lord and the truth of His gracious Words to you and fight back. See yourself as a mighty woman of valor and overcome what has happened to you with your great and mighty faith that is more than able to protect you. The Lord has given us all the equipment we need to endure in the evil day, but we have to use it.

So get down on your face before the Lord Amy, and then stand up as the mighty warlord God has made you and take back that territory the enemy has stolen from you!
