GOD's mercy

i can think of a time when my husband would get so angry at the thought of me going to church or doing anything Christ-related. anything would set him off, if he saw my bible, or if he started the car and it was on a christian radio station, he was very mean and onery. he would pick at me until i was in tears, leave angry and come back and apologize after wasting most of the day in anger.
the other day, i chose not to use a profane word while talking to him and he went nuts. he got out of bed and left the house in anger. i simply prayed that GOD would give the strength to endure these trials, because we have to be willing to let go of the sin no matter the consequences. so after about 15 mins, he came home with what i could hear from the other room was a bag of fast food(he is on a VERY strict diet) and i thought he blew it. but i had mentioned that i was hungy before he blew up and he came into the bedroom with dinner for me.
i had to give glory to GOD because HE is working it out for my good.
