Tam I see the Holy Spirit working in you to reveal what He desires to reveal.
Keep seeking Him through this.

You returned for the Love you had between your grandmother and you. In hopes the evil one wouldn't be there or be able to harm you. You didn't return for him.

I just read day nine. It's fabulous! When you get there, It'll say to you what I want to say to you right now, but I'll let the Lord do it. :)

He's got you in this.

Tam...when we begin looking for the problem we find many different sizes of weeds...small ones and large ones...but they must all come up...often the large weeds are easy to spot...cuz they are so big they look like trees...but the small ones...well they can hide easily beneath a pretty flower...where they fester and swell and grow without us ever knowing...

So as you begin tackling the big weeds...makes sure to move back some flowers and look for the little ones as well...maybe grab a large one and work on it and then a small one...therefore not letting yourself get overwhelmed by trying to remove all the big ones at once. Lest you become discouraged.

Keep moving on the pathway Tam...your doing well sis.

luv ya

Well today is lesson 6 The chart
not sure what to post here as I was overwhelmed by the chart the first go around. I read my bible daily, when I first get up in the morning at lunch at work and last thing in the evening and I listen to christian music all day long.
So I know that those areas are not lacking for sure. They are the life of me...they are my very breathe.
I can see through doing the steps this time how God is working for me and in my life. WHat would I do without Him. I am learning to have a new found love for him adn I am learing that HE will never hurt me!
I thank HIM for leading me here to do these the second time around.
Maybe I can get this chart figured out this time.

They sang this song in church yesterday and the words were awesome....thought I would share it with you guys

Then and There by Lauren Talley

Every road I walked had led to nowhere,
Everything I tried had turned out wrong.
It seemed I'd lost a reason,
To get up every morning.
I had lost all hope and lost my song.
Circumstances said I wouldn't make it,
But that was all before I met The Man.
He put His arms around me,
I heard HIm say, "forgiven",
And I knew I'd never be the same again.

Chrous
Then and there, settled and done
Then and there, victory won
No more walking on my own,
No more facing life alone,
No more struggling with guilt and despair,
New life began, then and there.

Now my heart is getting restless,
Longing for the day he'll come.
When we've fought the final fight,
And our faith has been made sight,
And we'll stand before the throne and hear Him say
Well done, He'll say well done.

Then and there, settled and done
Then and there, victory won
No more pain and no more fears
No more death and no more tears
No more walking through the night
For the Lamb will be the light
No more sin and no more burdens to bear
New life began, then and there

Love you guys

He works out something every time. :) Not to much though. Because He's gentle.

I am learning to have a new found love for him adn I am learing that HE will never hurt me!

Awesome! Don't give up.

WHat would I do without Him.

Amen! Amen! Amen! *angelbounce* These shared words fills my heart with joy.

Pulled up the song Then and There by Lauren Talley on youtube. Listening to it now. So peaceful. Wow what powerful words! I love to listen to the songs people post while reading the words shared. Thank you for sharing! *hug*

Love you guys

Love you more :)

Ok just being honest here.... The Mind...todays step
I can't go here.....I have tried to keep all this isolated and now it is to much...don't want to put ownership to all of the negative that I have going on. Can't God just take it all away?
Maybe I will try later

You know Tam , sometimes it is a good idea even to just walk away from expressing whatever it is going on in my at the moment I get asked to do so . But however , I also need to keep myself open and willing to do so as soon as I can possibly can .
When I went through the steps , I kept a note book or a scratch pad handy at all times , and whenever a situation arose that applied , I wrote it down as it came , rather than force it out of my head , let alone all at once .

It is a common misconception to think that we go through the steps for 14 days or so and next thing we know we got wings on our backs or something . Little that we realize that these steps are a life time process , and that we chip away at it one day at a time to the best of our abilities at this moment . The key to is to always be willing to do what is suggested , so when the time comes it would not be as hard of a struggle .

Keep up the good work Tam

In Christ , our Lord

Take a step back sis...and give yourself a moment...but this step is one that you deserve to finish...it's only too much if you try to do this alone...take Jesus with you as you do the step...Holy Spirit please join our sister Tam on this journey...she needs you.

Tam the mind can be a powerful tool or our worst enemy...come back and allow the Lord to help you sort through your mind...you can do this sis because He within you is stronger than he that is in the world(mind here).

Do not underestimate the power of God. He is God after all. And you are His child.

He can heal even this. You have to let him. First thing first. You must believe that he can and will heal.

God is patient. So is the devil when it comes to his strategies of how to keep you in bondage to your past. We often are the ones that are not patient. Be at peace knowing God is working this out. Allow the healing process to work it's way through out your mind. You may not feel him in this, but he is.

When I think of you Tam I think of a woman who holds tight to God even during a struggle. Your faith and belief in Him doesn't fall apart.

Consider Job in his grieving he praised the Lord for being God even after he lost nearly everything. That doesn't mean he ran around dancing for joy. I see similarities in you. You've lost but you keep tight ahold of God. :)

Pain is painful but God is God.

Yes I would love to quit and give up, run and hide, push this down and move on. BUt that is what I am used to doing and that would be no good to me at all. Why try to get healed if I am going to quit now?!

My thoughts Ugh! They really stink. Positive is very hard to come by. As the lesson was saying everything has a trigger for your thoughts. The thoughts that I have accepted are words that I have heard all my life. Words that I have pushed down and not wanted to deal with. Words that I don't even like to say! I can hear things that have been said to me on a daily basis in my head. I am reminded of the child saying that sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me! That is a lie straight frin the emeny. Words torment us the rest of our life if we don't let go and let God heal them . I was not taught that as I child. I was taught that I am a tough tomboy and that I can handle anything. I was taught that we don't need people that we are ok by ourselves. Suck it up and be tough. Well that is what I have been all my life is tough and I have bulit walls because of it. I have so much garbage pushed down that this could take some time.

You know I think that when you learn to believe a lie, you become what that lie tells you you are. A failure, no good , never amount to anything.
A toy for me to play with, a get off on ect.ect.
Words like you are stupid, your an idiot, your a disgrace to the family. you are an embarassment to us. You were a mistake....we should have never had you. I will put you up for adoption. One is my favorite are you are a no good sack of ****. makes me want to say well gee thanks!
The list could go on and on and on and on but now the fat jokes.....you walk into a room and you hear moooooooooooo or what a face what a figure 2 more legs you'd look like trigger. I was a fluffy child but the doctors never said I was overwieight. I just had a little extra. I didn't look like my size 3 sister who had little bones! I have a large frame where she had a small frame. Big difference.
Anyway enough said. You get the just of what I have gone through but you know what.......regardless of what has happen in my life....I am learning to know that I have a Father in heaven who loves me more than I can comprehend.
Even in the hardest of times...He is there holding our hand
