Love u sugar

Your commitment to this program is very inspiring and I am so proud of you. Never give up. Never.

Remember, gardening isnt a one time deal. Rather its something that needs upkeep. So dont be discouraged if you find that you have pulled one weed and then see another little one coming up somewhere. Just yank that thing out and keep going ;)

None of us are anywhere near perfect, nor will we be perfected till we leave this body... so dont allow yourself to feel any pressure to be perfect as far as man's standard goes, but rather keep trying to find out who God wants you to be.

Huggy for my uppy puppy *hug*

Uppy, lizzie is so right sis...gardening is a continual process...usually when I have one weed pulled...I can look around and find another trying to sprout up....but...I'm learning to catch the thoughts quicker than I used to..and you will too sis.

So step 8 huh? One more step closer towards the goal. Keep it up sis.

luv ya

and think up some habit you want to have and talk to God while you get them started. :)

Such as painting, drawing, cooking or baking, gardening, growing house plants, caring for animals at the aniimal shelter. What you've always wanted to do that is healthy for you. Maybe hang gliding. :)

If you choose hang gliding I will have to close my eyes cause I won't be able to watch. lol

So I'm learning more about how to pray and i think I'll be back to step ten and re-read it a couple times so I can keep it fresh in my memory.
