Employment Opportunity

A friend of mine sends out a daily devotion each week day morning. This is the one i found in my email today, thought i'd share it here.
As I was searching the scriptures yesterday, I found an employment opportunity with positions available for people from all walks of life. Some experience is required but for the most part it is a learn as you go opportunity. While doing the regular search of what this job consists of I immediately saw that there has never been any lay-offs, no terminations and those who have retired are still able to draw full compensation. The benefits are better than any job I have previously held. The health insurance plan covers all known and unknown illness with no expensive deductibles to contend with. When you view the Health Care package, you will see in small letters toward the end of the contract the words, "By His stripes you are healed". Compared to the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance coverage I found that this Wooden Cross Shiny Shield plan rates the highest in the world. The time involved in actual job performance is relatively small, most of the work is done from your own home through prayer and fasting. However, there may be times when you could be sent away for a week to a few months at a time to work in another area of the franchise. The employer is very patient and kind always willing to work with you and ever ready to assist you in times of trouble with a more seasoned employee. In fact, He does prefer two or three people working together on the same project so has to be more effective. Many people over the years have been employed with this company and have enjoyed it immensely, although presently the laborers are very few in number. With today's declining employment rate, this is the opportunity of a lifetime. Just head up Main Street turn right on Jesus Blvd and keep straight until you see the 'Help Wanted' sign on the right. The job is guaranteed and the benefits are out of this world.
This may seem a simple little scenario but many people are finding themselves in the unemployment line and having to give up the lifestyles they were accustomed to having. Living at the end of the age has its own unique challenges and must be faced in unique ways. We must remember when God closes one door He will always open another. It very well may be the next door opened for some of us is full time ministry. Do not fret God will provide.
Luke 10:1-2 After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest.
