Be cautious angelbaby that when you do find the way out, you aren't getting yourself into something that is just as bad or worse.
Pray over your decisions and make sure you feel comfortable with the decision you make. Don't just go by what first pops in your head and don't make a decision out of anger either.
Pray for your father, pray against spirits of alcoholism and anger, pray for God to hide you. Then learn to listen to his voice and not your own and especially not the whispers from the enemy.
love ya sis.
I have been praying for you and your father and will continue to.

Angel, seek God's direction when you are ready to make steps. He will show you the way He wants you to go. Until you are ready to leave, reach for Jesus and rely on His strength. He is there for you, and will hold you up when you think you can't make it anymore.
Praying for you sis.
luv ya

I've given up on giving up slowly, I'm blending in so
You won't even know me apart from this whole world that shares my fate
This one last bullet you mention is my one last shot at redemption
because I know to live you must give your life away
And I've been housing all this doubt and insecurity and
I've been locked inside that house all the while You hold the key
And I've been dying to get out and that might be the death of me
And even though, there's no way in knowing where to go, promise I'm going because
I gotta get outta here
I'm stuck inside this rut that I fell into by mistake
I gotta get outta here
And I'm begging You, I'm begging You, I'm begging You to be my escape.

May Your love be to Angel Baby,
and a message of Your love to her.
We trust You to take care of this problem.
Better than life is all that God has for us.
So, we are not just trying to solve problems
so we can have the lives we want . . .
"Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
.My lips shall praise You." (Psalm 63:3)
"I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
.By the gazelles or by the does of the field,
.Do not stir up nor awaken love
.Until it pleases." (Song of Solomon 3:5)
and a message of Your love to her.

It's good to see you starting to take the steps towards getting out of the rut you allowed yourself to fall into. I've been there. It's really no fun. It's really truely miserable. Climbing out is difficult, but once you are out you feel the joy and the freedom and the love of other fellow Christians and it's soooooooooo worth the effort.
Keep climbing out. One step at a time.
love ya angelbaby

Angelbaby,
I am a recovering alcoholic. I at times still slip, but as I get more into the word again and find other ways to fill the void, I fall less and less.
You see, if you step back and take a look from outside yourself, thnk about this:
When you drink and feel good that night, did you ever notice when the depression returned it was MUCH heavier? Thus you look for more to drink to get passed it once again. But the more you drink the heavier the burden and depression becomes. Alcohol is a depressent. It may work as an anti-depressent for just the time it is being consumed but after that...look out!
It is a trap! And a good one the enemy uses.
Ill leaving the counceling to these good folks :-)
But I am just telling you how the alcohol will make everything worse and make all seem more hopeless. But, once you quit for a while you can find your mental strength returning and your depression getting lighter.
Then God can begin to work on you ( though He is now, or you would not be here talking to these good people :-)
Find a substitute to avoid drinking.
I find counceling someone else about drinking and its downfalls helps fill a gap for me...but thats how God works :-)
If God wasnt watching over you now or caring about your situation, there would be no compassion for you in the hearts of the ones on here who are speaking to you now. He is using the compassion He has placed in them to reach out to you. He lives in them, so He IS speaking to you :-)
God Bless,
Mark
