I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you.

That one makes me want to jump and shout!

"Lift my heels up and
Shout!
Throw my head back and
Shout!
Kick my heels up and
Shout!"

Jump up and SHOUT now! *run*

A voice of one calling; "in the desert prepare the way for the Lord; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God.
Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain.
Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.

Isaiah 40:31 (nlt)
31 But those who wait on the LORD will find new strength. They will fly high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

I like this scripture because it promises that we will find new strength if we wait on him. To me it goes along with the verse that says, Be still and know that I am God. ( Psalm 46:10) Having to be still and wait sometimes is hard

And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

The Lord is gracious and righteous, our God is full of compassion. The Lord protects the simplehearted; when I was in great need, he saved me.
Psalm 115:5-6

Revelation 2:10 (King James Version)

10Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
